Founder & CEO
Andrew is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ATS Bookkeeping & Advisory Services and the author of Numbers That Matter: A Business Owner's Guide to Smart Financial Choices. He holds a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification, a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University, and a Management Development Certificate from Harvard Business School.
Before starting ATS, Andrew spent over two decades in banking and executive finance. He held leadership roles at National Commercial Bank Jamaica and the Jamaica National Group, where he oversaw credit, risk management, and operations. That experience gave him something most bookkeepers simply don't have. He has sat on the lender's side of the table and evaluated businesses seeking capital. He knows what banks look for in your financials, what raises concerns, and what gives them confidence to approve a loan.
That perspective shapes how ATS approaches every engagement. The books aren't just a compliance exercise. They're the foundation for how you manage cash flow, how you plan for growth, and how you present your business when it matters most. Andrew started this firm because he saw too many capable business owners held back by financials that didn't reflect how well the business was actually performing. Late reports, unclear numbers, and no one available to explain what any of it meant for the decisions they needed to make.

Kayon Ellis serves as Executive Director of Operations at ATS Group, leveraging a robust background in operations management, accounting, real estate, and client service to drive organizational success. With deep experience in the outsourcing and offshoring industry, Kayon excels at building high-performing teams, streamlining business processes, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
She is certified in QuickBooks and Xero and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies. Kayon's leadership combines operational excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to continuous improvement, making her a key asset to the ATS Group operations leadership team.
Devonia Mejia
Tax Professional
Devonia Mejia is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in tax, accounting and reporting, and advisory services. Devonia holds a Master's Degree in Business from Florida Atlantic University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
Within the past 10 years, Devonia has developed a niche for small to mid-sized businesses, helping them through bookkeeping and record keeping, tax preparation, business startups, accounting review and records consolidation, and audit assistance.
Justin Dean
Director of Marketing and Payroll Services
Justin Dean is the Director of Marketing and Payroll Services at ATS Group, where he drives growth through strategic marketing while helping clients across industries—law firms, startups, medical practices, and construction companies—manage and streamline their payroll operations.
With over a decade in finance and business operations, Justin spent eight years as a licensed banker before moving into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. He supports ATS through J. Dean Enterprises LLC (est. 2022), his marketing and strategic advisory firm focused on helping professional service firms improve visibility and operational systems.
Justin is also an active entrepreneur, including a vending machine business in Atlanta, giving him a practical perspective when advising clients on growth and efficiency.
He is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and holds a Financial Accounting Certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, along with a B.S. in Finance from SUNY College at Old Westbury.
Outside of work, Justin writes and researches the intersection of economics, urban development, and finance—publishing through his newsletter One Less Lane and contributing to the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE).
